Tour de Pakistan begins from Peshawar
PESHAWAR: Fifteenth Tour de Pakistan cycle race Monday kicked off from Peshawar to reach Quaid’s mausoleum in 13 days, Geo News reported Monday.

A five-member team of Afghanistan is also partaking the race organized by Pakistan Cycling Federation.

Sui Southern’s Nematullah is defending his title in a race being vied by 65 cyclists racing 1605 kilometers to finish-line in Karachi.

The first phase will end in Lahore and second in Rahim Yar Khan where the cyclists will rest.

At present, the Tour de Pakistan participants are racing to Rawalpindi.
