Shoaib irked at media handling of their wedding
LAHORE: Former captain of Pakistan cricket team Shoaib Malik said he had to stand guard under present circumstances, as there is need to maintain a distance, Geo News reported Tuesday.

Talking to Geo News in a special interview along with his wife Sania Mirza, Malik said, ‘Media should not have created stir and sensation in connection with our marriage.’

Sania said, ‘We are having to come out at night to visit the city owing to media hype. I enjoyed a lot the nocturnal view of the city. I want to walk uptown in the daylight as well.’

Sania said she enjoyed very much the Pakistani cuisine, as according to her, she is fond of eating.

Indian top tennis star said, ‘I am very happy here, as people showered us with love.’

Malik said they would decide about their future after the wedding ceremonies come to an end.

Sania Mirza said she is also fond of shopping, adding she received rafts of gifts from people here.
